REGULATION

  1. Points will be awarded to the holder of the Premium Card based on the purchase made;
  2. 1 point will be obtained for every 25 Euro spent;
  3. Upon reaching the various point thresholds, you will win a Discount Coupon of the following value:
  4. 10 pts. = €30 Discount Coupon
  5. 20 pts. = 80€ Discount Coupon
  6. 30 pts. = €150 Discount Coupon
  7. For the purpose of assigning the points, it will be sufficient to communicate the name of the holder or the number of the card on which to load the points, when billing is asked (ie before issuing the Commercial Document or the Invoice);
  8. The card number will be communicated with the registration confirmation email;
  9. Points can also be accumulated by word of mouth; it will be sufficient to advise a relative, friend, colleague to come and visit us and, when paying the bill, to indicate the name of the holder or the number of the card on which to load the points;
  10. It will be possible to view and verify the points accumulated on the Commercial Document or Invoice issued at the time of payment of the account; they will also be sent as a reminder email or SMS summarizing the score achieved.
  11. The accumulation plan is valid until 06/30/2023;
  12. The Premium Card is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to third parties; the same can be used as a prepaid card if equipped with credit;
  13. the Discount Coupon, at the explicit request of the holder, will be loaded as credit on his Premium Card and can only be spent by the card holder; for no reason may the Discount Coupon be transferred or marketed to third parties.
  14. The Premium Card credit resulting from obtaining the Discount Coupon will be usable until 10/30/2023;
  15. The Premium Card program cannot be combined with promotional menus, other discounts or commercial offers online unless explicitly indicated.

Information pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

The personal data provided and in any case acquired upon subscription to the Premium Card will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/67, Legislative Decree No. 101 of 10 August 2018, as well as the related national rules on the protection of personal data, in compliance with current legislation and the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality envisaged therein

The data will be processed with the aid of electronic and/or paper instruments, according to logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and in any case by adopting suitable procedures and measures to protect their security and confidentiality.

The data processing will be aimed at carrying out the activities listed below:

  1. Issuance of the Premium Card and management of the activities that cannot be exercised anonymously and necessary to allow subscribers to use and recognize discounts and promotions, offer and withdraw prizes, participate in points collection and access to other ancillary services that can be used with the Premium Card;
  2. Carrying out direct marketing activities, such as sending - also by e-mail, SMS and MMS - commercial communications with informative and/or promotional content in relation to services and products supplied and/or promoted by this commercial establishment.
  3. Sales trend on the products that most interest our most trusted customers, also in order to understand how we can improve our offer and meet the preferences and needs of our customers


The Data Controller is exclusively the company 3F Trade & Services Srl, owner of the MARE NOSTRUM SEAFOOD restaurant, in particular in the person of its Legal Representative.

The recorded data will never and under no circumstances be transferred to third parties.

The data will be stored on protected computer media and on our backups, also stored on protected and secure computer media, which can only be consulted by the company that issued the card.

The date of birth is optional and is requested to avoid homonymy problems among customers; the email and mobile phone number are mandatory and required for communications and identification regarding your Premium Card as well as for attributions of priority when booking products and our services.

In any case, even without an explicit request for cancellation, after 2 (two) calendar years of non-use of the Premium Card, or without any purchases and/or requests for services, the Card will be suspended. It can be reactivated after explicit request. In any case, after 3 (three) calendar years from the last use, the data will be deleted from our systems and the Card can no longer be reactivated.
